CALZONES 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir 20 strokes and let rest 5 minutes. Then knead for a couple minutes, divide into 4 equal pieces and roll out on a floured board.

FILLING:

1 container Ricotta cheese
1 c. Mozzarella

Add in amounts to taste, by choice from the following:

Pepperoni, chopped
Onions, chopped
Mushrooms, chopped
Black olives, chopped
Green peppers, chopped
Garlic powder

Place some filing on one half of rolled out dough. Fold in half and crimp edges to seal. Cut a few vents in top. Bake at 375 degrees until browned, 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with heated spaghetti or pizza sauce poured over the top.
