CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients three times. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes or until done.

Makes 2 (8 inch) layers or a tube pan.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients until spreadable.
