KEY LIME PIE 
6 egg yolks
1/2 c. key lime juice
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk

In blender, mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Top with meringue. Beat 6 egg whites (at room temperature) until stiff. Add 4 1/2 tablespoons of sugar. Continue beating; add pinch of cream of tartar. Brown meringue at 300 degrees until light brown.
