2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
2 c. Corn Flakes
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. pecans, chopped
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate

Combine sugar and syrup in saucepan, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Pour over cereal and nuts and mix well. Spread in buttered 9 inch pan. Melt chocolate in saucepan over very low heat stirring constantly. Spread over cereal mixture in pan. Let stand until chocolate is firm. Cut into squares.
