HAMBURG SOUP 
1 lb. lean hamburg
1/2 c. diced onion
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 c. potato cubes
2 diced carrots
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. rice
1 1/2 c. water

Brown hamburg and onion in two tablespoons butter. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer about one hour.
