TURKEY SAUSAGE (LOW CHOLESTEROL) 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. chives
1 tbsp. sage
1 egg white
1 tsp. each, thyme and tarragon
1 med. garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
Flour for shaping
Oil for frying

Mix together all ingredients except flour and oil. Dust hands with flour and shape mixture into 6 patties. Fry in pan until brown.
