TEXAS TATERS 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 med. chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 inch buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
