TEXAS CHILI 
5 lbs. hamburger or chili meat
5 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. dried garlic chips
4 heaping tbsp. flour
15 oz. tomato sauce

Cook meat until completely done and dry (very little juice). Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add dry ingredients to meat. Stir. Add a 15 oz. can tomato sauce and stir. Then add 3 (15 oz.) cans of water. Simmer 30 minutes. As the chili sits the grease will come to the top and you can drain almost all off.
