PUGH'S CHILI | |
2 lb. ground beef 1 (15 oz.) can pork and beans 1/4 c. chili powder 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. meat tenderizer 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 3 pods hot pepper 1/4 tsp. sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce 3 c. water Brown ground beef, add garlic and celery salt. Stir together. Add chili powder, meat tenderizer, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire and tomato sauce. Add sugar, hot peppers, and pork and beans. Cook for about 2 hours at a low temperature. Add water after cooked for about 30 minutes. |
