GARY'S CHILI 
3 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. red pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. chili powder
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2-3 lbs. hamburger meat
8 oz. water (opt.)
1/8 c. flour

In large frying pan, cook meat until brown and drain. In large pot, combine all ingredients except flour. Cook on low heat for 45 minutes. In small bowl, mix flour with hot water to make a thick liquid. Pour flour mix into chili and stir well. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
