HOT DOG CHILI 
2 lbs. hamburger meat, finely ground
2 lg. onions
1 bud garlic, finely chopped
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomatoes

Saute onions and garlic in bacon drippings until golden brown. Add meat; stir until pieces stand apart. Add juice; simmer and stir until right consistency is desired. Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add 1 tablespoon chili powder. It is better if you make the day before using.
