1 lb. ground beef
2 lb. pkg. tater tots
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen peas & carrots

Brown ground beef, add to tater tots, soup mix, mushroom soup, vegetables and put this in a large roaster or flat baking pan so that the layer isn't real thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
