SCRUMPTIOUS SQUASH 
1 1/2 lb. squash
1 onion
1 can cream soup
1 can celery chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter

Cook squash and onions in small amount of water. Drain and mash. Stir in soup. Pour in casserole dish. Top with crackers. Pour melted butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
