SEVEN SEAS CASSEROLE 
1 can condensed cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 1/4 c. water or milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/3 c. (5 oz. pkg.) Minute Rice
1 can tuna or salmon, drained, flaked
1 box quick frozen peas, thawed
Cheese slices
Paprika

Combine soup, water, salt and pepper in saucepan; mix well. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour 1/2 soup in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Then in layers add rice (right from box), tuna and peas. Add remaining soup. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
