CHINESE COLE SLAW 
1 pkg. coleslaw (or shred your own)
1 pkg. Ramen noodles (Oriental or beef)
1 bunch green onions
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Ramen seasoning

Break Ramen noodles apart, being careful not to grind them. Brown them in butter until crisp. Set aside. Brown onions, sunflower seeds and almonds in skillet with butter. Set aside.

Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and Ramen seasoning to make dressing. Shake vigorously. Add noodles, onions, sunflower seeds and almonds with cabbage. Pour on dressing and toss.
