SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. sausage
Pizza dough
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter, softened

Let dough rise. Then fry sausage. Don't use the skin around the sausage. Make sure you break it up with a fork into little bits while you fry it.

Shape and pull dough as large as you can without tearing it. Roll edges so they aren't thick.

Spread drained sausage over dough to the edges. Sprinkle with Parmesan or Romano cheese as much as you like. Break or shred and spread mozzarella cheese and spread the chopped hard boiled eggs. Start at one end and make big folds, keep folding until you get to end. Seam must be on the bottom. Place on lightly oiled cookie sheet. Brush top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
