SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 1/2 lbs. sausage
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 recipe pizza dough
Flour
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Take sausage out of casing and brown in skillet with chopped onion. Drain sausage and cool. Grate cheese. Take ball of pizza dough and flour it with a rolling pin, roll out into jelly roll fashion about 12"x5" wide. Sprinkle the sausage with onion and Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top of dough. Roll lengthwise and seal edges and shape into a crescent shape. Brush with egg yolk and put on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
