MARGE'S SAUSAGE BREAD 
2 pkgs. Martha White pizza mix
3/4 lb. hot Italian sausage links
3/4 lb. mild Italian sausage links
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. parsley
1 egg and 1 egg white (save yolk)

Remove skin from sausages, break into pieces and saute in fry pan. Drain and set aside.

Combine in a large bowl cheeses and seasonings, 1 egg plus 1 egg white and mix well. Add sausage to cheese mixture, mixing well.

Mix pizza dough by following directions on package. Separate into 2 loaves. Roll dough thin on floured board. Spread cheese and sausage mixture on dough and roll up like a jelly roll. Place on greased cookie sheet. Brush with egg yolk and bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven until golden brown. Makes 2 loaves.
