SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 frozen (or fresh) pizza or bread dough
1-1 1/2 lb. sausage
1 egg
Little pepper
Grated Locatelli, Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) mozzarella, grated
1 lg. can mushroom pieces

Take sausage out of casing. Fry in oil until browned. Mix all other ingredients with sausage. Roll out dough to about 8-10 inch rectangle.

Spread sausage mixture on dough. Roll up dough and tuck ends. Bake for approximately 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
