RICH DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CREAM
TORTE
 
BROWNIE:

1 pkg. Duncan Hines brownies plus milk chocolate chunks mix
1/3 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1/3 c. water

CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. whipping cream, chilled and divided

WHIPPED CREAM:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. chocolate sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9-inch round pan with aluminum foil. Combine brownie mix, eggs, water and oil. Stir with spoon until well blended. Pour into pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool 30 minutes. Invert onto serving platter and peel off foil.

Stir together melted chocolate, butter, and 2 tablespoons whipping cream. Spread over the brownie. Chill until set. Beat remaining whipping cream and sugar with mixer on high speed until thick. Spread on brownie. Spread chocolate sprinkles over top. Chill.
