CHOCOLATE MERINGUE PIE 
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 eggs, separated
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 baked pie shell

Reserve egg whites. Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Pour into a baked pie shell.

Prepare meringue by whipping egg whites on high speed with electric mixer until stiff peaks form, gradually adding 1 or 2 tablespoons sugar to egg whites while whipping.
