CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass pan). In medium saucepan, melt butter and morsels; stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of the mixture firmly onto the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; beat in milk, vanilla and egg; mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumb mix.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature; chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
