LAYERED SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach, washed & torn in pieces
8-10 slices fried bacon, crumbled (do not use bacon bits)
3-4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Lettuce, torn in pieces
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. uncooked frozen peas
Red onion, chopped
Diced ham, chicken, turkey, etc. if desired
Grated Swiss cheese (or Cheddar)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream

Layer spinach, bacon, eggs, lettuce, sugar, peas, onion and ham in a large casserole dish. Mix together mayonnaise and sour cream; put on top. Top with grated cheese. Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
