ALMOND FRUIT SALAD 
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. chunk pineapple
1/2 c. almond or other nuts
16 lg. marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream

Combine egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice in top of double boiler and cook until thick, cool. Add pineapple, marshmallows (which have been quartered) and almonds. Fold in whipped cream. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
