NAVY BEAN SOUP 
1 ham bone with scrapings
1/4 lb. bacon, diced
2 sm. cans tomato paste
2 med. onions, chopped
3 stalks celery, whole
1/2 gallon water
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley flakes

Cook above approximately 2 1/2 hours. Add 1/2 pound Navy Pea beans; after 1 hour add 1 cup chopped celery.
