BEEFY BUNWICH 
5-6 lb. roast beef, can be an inexpensive cut
1 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 cloves minced garlic
2 env. dry onion soup
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Bake covered at 300 degrees for 4-5 hours in roaster. Refrigerate overnight in roaster. Skim off all fat. Slice and rewarm in juices to serve.

Slices great while cold - great make ahead recipe. Serve with hard crusty rolls or bread.
