RUSTY'S SUPER FUDGE 
Makes approximately 2 pounds of fudge.

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 lb. box white powdered sugar
1 cube butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Walnut pieces

1. Beat the 2 eggs until frothy.

2. Slowly add the powdered sugar while beating and continue beating until creamy.

3. MICROWAVE the chocolate chips and butter...1 MINUTE. Stir - turn the bowl and MICROWAVE an additional 1 MINUTE.

4. With the beaters going in the creamy egg mixture, slowly pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.

5. Add the 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

6. Fold in with a spoon a cup of walnut pieces (or any amount and type of nut you desire).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
