SNOWY WHITE FUDGE 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 (12 oz.) can undiluted evaporated milk
4 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. white candy making wafers or block white chocolate, chopped
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Let butter begin to melt in heavy 3 quart saucepan. Brush sides of pan with melted butter. Add evaporated milk and sugar. Cook over medium high heat to boiling about 8 minutes, whisking constantly to dissolve sugar.

Cook over medium heat, whisking frequently, to soft ball stage, about 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add candy wafers, marshmallow creme, walnuts and vanilla; stir until well blended. Quickly pour into buttered 13"x9"x2" baking pan. 117 pieces or 4 pounds.
