SOUR CREAM FUDGE 
32 oz. white chocolate
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped walnuts
4 c. sugar
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1 pt. dairy sour cream

Combine chocolate, marshmallows, vanilla and nuts; set aside.

In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter, sour cream. Beat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes. Fold into chocolate mixture until smooth. Pour into 8x8 inch buttered dish. Cool in refrigerator.
