| HOMEMADE BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM | |

1 3/4 c. Irish whiskey 1 can Eagle condensed milk 1 c. whipping cream 4 beaten eggs 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup 2 tbsp. instant coffee 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. almond extract Mix all ingredients in blender. Chill well before serving. Serve over ice. Can substitute skim milk for whipping cream. Add more or less whiskey, to taste. | |

Make this recipe and add it to Great Lakes Christmas Ale and top with cinnamon to make a great holiday drink. 1/2 Bailey's, 1/2 Christmas Ale. Taste, then add more Bailey's or Christmas Ale depending on your liking.
