SUPER-DUPER POTATOES 
9 med. sized potatoes
1 stick butter
2 c. half and half
1 scant tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Boil potatoes in peel until done. Refrigerate overnight. Peel and grate. Set aside. Grate cheese and add to potatoes. Melt butter and add half and half and salt. Mix all ingredients and pour in a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake, covered in 350 degree oven 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
