SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 lb. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Cook unpeeled potatoes until soft. Peel potatoes and beat for about 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup butter, sugar, eggs and milk. Beat until smooth. Put into a greased casserole pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

To make topping, melt 1/4 cup butter and mix with rest of the ingredients. Spread on top of potato mixture and bake 15 more minutes at 350 degrees.
