COMPANY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. frozen broccoli, uncooked
20 oz. frozen cauliflower, uncooked
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can condensed celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. cooked rice

Thaw broccoli and cauliflower, and mix with other ingredients. Top with 2 slices of bread, grated, the crumbs buttered. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 325-350 degrees for 1 hour.
