WHOLE WHEAT ORANGE BREAD 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. white flour
3/4 c. sugar
1-2 tbsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. fresh or reconstituted orange juice
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Stir until dry particles are moistened (about 75 strokes). Pour batter into greased 9"x5" or 8"x4" loaf pan. Sprinkle with mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
