ORANGE-WHEAT CRACKERS 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel (opt.)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. orange juice

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, orange peel and salt. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in orange juice, 1 tablespoon at a time, until mixture is moistened (will not need quite all of the juice). Form into a ball.

On a well floured surface roll dough, half at a time, to 1/16" thick. Use a round fluted cookie cutter to cut crackers. Prick each several times with a fork. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden.
