THIN WHEAT CRACKERS 
3 c. Whole Wheat Hot Roll Mix
5 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. water
Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Mix, oil and water. Stir with a fork until blended. Knead only until smooth. Divide dough in 4 pieces. Roll out dough 1 piece at a time to a 16 x 12 inch rectangle, 1/16 inch thick. Place dough on ungreased baking sheet. Use pastry cutter to make lines at 2 inch intervals to make diamonds. Prick each cracker several times with a fork. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake 10-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool on rack and break apart. Makes about 200 crackers.
