1 can English peas
1 green pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
4 to 6 boiled eggs
1 cucumber
1 med. tomato
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop cucumber, pepper and tomato. Add drained peas and chopped eggs. Mix well and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
