SUGAR AND SPICE PECANS 
1 sm. egg white
1 tbsp. water
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 lb. pecan halves (walnuts may be substituted)

Beat egg white and water until frothy. Combine salt, cinnamon and sugar. Add to egg white; stir well. Add pecans and stir until nuts are well coated. Spread on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Nuts should be dry and toasty. Store in an air tight container. Keeps well.
