POTATOES AU GRATIN 
4 to 6 potatoes
4 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. mustard
6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated, or processed cheese spread
1 tsp. chicken bouillon powder

Cook potatoes with skins; leave a little on firm side. Peel and dice after cold. Melt butter, paprika, salt, pepper, mustard and cheese on low heat. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with additional paprika. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
