HASH BROWN AU GRATIN POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 onion, grated
1 lb. Velveeta, grated

Saute onion and butter. In bowl, mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheese, butter and onions together. Put in 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees covered for 1/2 hour. Remove cover and continue baking 1/2 hour.
