HASH BROWN AU GRATIN 
1 (16 oz.) bag of hash brown potatoes
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) Velveeta cheese

Put hash browns in a large 9x13 pan. Let your milk and butter and cheese get real hot. Do not boil. Pour over potatoes; season with salt and pepper and cook in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
