CHEESY HASH BROWN POTATOES 
4 c. frozen hash browns
1 med. chopped onion
1/3 c. milk
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Place frozen hash browns in greased 8 inch casserole. Add onions. Heat milk, soup and cream cheese. Pour over hash browns. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover. Add cheddar cheese. Bake 15 minutes more until cheese is melted. Add sour cream before serving for that added kick.
