2 cups all purpose flour
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix flour and sugar. Set aside. In sauce pan, add butter, oil, cocoa and water. Bring to boil. Pour over flour-sugar mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Mix well. Pour in greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes.
