MOCK HAM LOAF 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. hot dogs or ground bologna
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg

SYRUP:

3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard (dry)
Salt and pepper

Mix meat, cracker crumbs and egg together with 1/2 of the syrup which has been brought to a boil. Shape into loaf and pour remainder of syrup over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
