2 c. baking mix (such as Bisquick)
1 stick (1/2 c.) melted butter
1 c. sour cream

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients together until smooth and blended. Spoon dough into small muffin tins. (Fill each hole about 3/4 full.) Bake 10-12 minutes or until biscuits are browned. Increase baking time if using larger muffin tins.
