1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 center slice ham, cut 2 inches thick
1 1/4 c. pineapple juice

Mix 3/4 cup brown sugar with mustard; rub entire mixture into ham on both sides. Place ham in roasting pan or heavy skillet; sprinkle with remaining brown sugar. Add pineapple juice to pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hours or until tender, basting occasionally. Serve hot. Yield: 6 servings.
