PORTUGUESE SOUP 
6 c. water (boiling)
2 sm. or 1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2-2 Linguisa (Portuguese sausage) if unavailable, Kielbasa can be used
4 potatoes, lg. chunks
2 lg. cans white kidney beans
2 lg. cans mustard greens

Combine first 3 ingredients and cook for 20 minutes. Then add last 3 ingredients and cook until potatoes are done. Add 1/2 stick butter if desired. Serve with Italian bread or French bread.
