POLYNESIAN BEEF BITS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. oatmeal
5 oz. can finely chopped water chestnuts (drained)
1 egg
1/2 tsp. each onion, salt, garlic salt
1/2 c. milk

Make into small balls, brown, drain off fat.

Sauce:
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. beef bouillon
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/3 chopped green pepper

Bring to boil. Boil one minute. Add to balls. Simmer 10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen small meatballs. Serve over cooked white rice.
