FARMERS CAKE 
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Blend all at one time. Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan or tube pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
