SPINACH DIP | |
2 boxes Knorr Swiss vegetable soup mix 2 c. mayonnaise 2 c. (1 pt.) sour cream 4 scallions, chopped 2 cans chopped water chestnuts 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach Defrost spinach and squeeze out excess water. Mix other ingredients, then add spinach. Cut a pumpernickel bread, fill with dip and use pieces of bread to eat with the dip. |
